Finally, got over the problems created by father-in-law and ex-wife. 498-a case dismissed by the court and I got divorced. Will explain in What, How and Why.
What they want:

How did got solved:
-- Went in open discussion with everyone to resolve the problem, these people communicated intensively to father-in-law and ex-wife
--- Myself
--- Money & Time
--- Elders
--- SI of police
--- Lawyer
--- Reporter
--- Politicians
Why did they do:
-- Why Extortion?
Indian constitution gives right to do extortion i.e. alimony. Indian constitution gives provision to believe that only men will work and earn bread. Woman can never earn bread. Lawyer gets percentage of extortion. So, overall it fits. Everybody gains and system benefits i.e
--- Lawyer gets fee,
--- Lawyer gets percentage
--- Police gets money
--- Police gets promotion for handling and solving the case
--- Transport department gets money due to frequent travels
-- Why harassment?
--- They are sadistic
--- The more harassment, more chances of making huge money.
--- Gave society feel that they are upper
--- Personal ego satisfaction

Conclusion:
There are no good men to do anything, help yourself and be bold.
